By enrolling in the Angel Membership at any level, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and disclaimers as outlined on our website.
Purpose and Disclaimer: The Angel Membership and all related products and services are for entertainment purposes only. The content is intended to provide spiritual information and motivation, not psychological, medical, legal, or any other professional advice. Julie Jancius, her company, her team, and associated parties assume no liability for physical, emotional, financial, or spiritual outcomes related to participation.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Membership fees are billed either monthly or annually and will automatically renew until you cancel your membership. You are responsible for canceling your membership directly through your Kajabi account. Please ensure your cancellation is completed by verifying that your account is no longer active and charges no longer appear on your credit card statements. If you require assistance with canceling your membership, you may email [email protected] for guidance. However, the final responsibility for canceling your account remains with you. If your membership is not canceled, charges will continue, and no refunds will be provided, regardless of the duration.

Content may not be shared, reproduced, replicated, distributed, or sold in any form. Reproduction, or sale of the content may result in legal action. If such action is necessary, you agree to be responsible for any resulting legal fees, including attorney’s fees and court costs, incurred by Chicago Energy Healing LLC in accordance with Illinois law.

Access and Services: Membership operates like a gym membership: access is granted while payments are current. Cancellation revokes access to all materials, events, and content. Past content is not retained upon rejoining the membership.
Billing Details: Membership fees may appear on credit card statements as "Kajabi," "Grow NPO LLC," or "Chicago Energy Healing LLC." Charges are made on the 1st of each month, regardless of sign-up date.
Disputed Charges and Collections: By enrolling in the Angel Membership, you agree that all charges are final and non-refundable. If you dispute charges without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account may be sent to collections, and you will be responsible for any associated fees, including legal and administrative costs. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in the loss of access to the membership and its content. Please note that charges may appear under the company name Grow NPO LLC. For any billing concerns, please email [email protected] to resolve the matter in good faith.
Excluded Services: The Angel Membership does not include The Angel Reiki School, private mentorship, or 1:1 readings. Your membership includes what's listed in your membership benefits section above.

By participating in the Angel Membership, you agree to waive your right to initiate any legal action or claims against Chicago Energy Healing LLC, Julie Jancius, or any associated parties for any reason related to your participation in the membership, including but not limited to the content, services, or experiences provided.
If legal action becomes necessary for any reason, you agree that:
- You will be solely responsible for all resulting legal fees, including attorney’s fees and court costs, incurred by Chicago Energy Healing LLC.
- Any legal proceedings will be governed by and held exclusively in the state of Illinois, in accordance with Illinois law.
This agreement serves as a binding legal contract upon enrollment in the Angel Membership.
